Chuck Jiongco JD, BCBA,

As BPI’s Director of Development and General Counsel, Chuck is fortunate to be able to apply all of his educational and professional experience into his work. He attended Marquette University and received a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in psychology in 1993.  The following fall, he entered the John Marshall Law School and graduated with his J.D. in 1996. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

For two decades he practiced law at two law firms and on his own in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, banking commercial transactions, condominium development, commercial and civil litigation, appellate practice and estate planning. Upon receiving his son’s diagnosis of ASD, he began learning all that he could about special education law and programming. He has provided pro bono advocacy to parents across Northeastern Illinois and continues to do so.

Always learning, Chuck received a Masters of Arts in Computer Science specializing on Network Security from Boston University in 2010 and a Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorders from Ball State University in 2018. He became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in 2019.

Married for over twenty years, Chuck lives in Naperville with his wife, a nurse practitioner at Edward Hospital’s Wound and Hyperbaric Center, and his adult son. In those rare moments when not working he enjoys reading, playing music with his son, and watching Packer games.
